Be smart when washing your hair

When it comes to getting thick, lush hair, it is not the diet you should watch out for only; you need to get all your hair caring basics straight. Most of us lose hair luster, elasticity, and volume in this process. First, you are not supposed to rub your hair over vigorously when washing. Pamper your hair

Pampering your hair means giving your hair the best there is you can afford. Condition your hair often with homemade masks like avocado masks, egg masks and essential oils like coconut oil, almond oil, and olive oil because conditioning often gives your hair life, thickness, and strength. The more natural the products on your scalp are, the better. Manufactured products have their disadvantages, so it is always best to choose nature over processed products anytime.

Another important thing is massaging your scalp. This tiny act is beneficial to your hair simply because it facilitates blood circulation to hair follicles enhancing growth and general health of your hair.
